Thermoforming vacuum packaging machine, is a type of horizontal form-fill-seal machine that packs products within the machine using 2 rolls of packaging films. The shape of finalized packages is defined by the molds (toolings, die sets) in the forming and vacuum chambers. The machine is often known as a rollstock packaging machine, a thermoformer machine.
Depending on the packaging film material used, the packages can be flexible, semi-rigid or rigid. The thermoforming packaging machine is aimed at both the packaging of food and non-food products.
Thermoforming packaging machines offer a wide range of options to meet diverse customer needs. Our DLZ series encompasses everything from entry-level units and flexible/rigid film thermoformers to compact and high-speed models; these machines offer varying production capacities, handle packaging materials of diverse specifications, thicknesses, and widths, and support a range of forming depths and cut-off lengths.
